Master Layer (Computers and software)
Station control layer consist of KS-3000 power monitoring software, monitoring Host device, database release server,
Printer, UPS power; depending on the different environment, it can do in two ways:One server, One client and one server, multiple clients.

Communication Layer (Correspondence Device)

Layer consist of industrial switchboard and communication management device,so it can realize the connection between the on-site monitoring & control device and the monitoring host device, complex systems also adopt Fiber circle-net redundancy structure.

Interval Layer

To finish field measurement & monitoring & communication etc functions, it is Interval layer installation where installed with KS610 power quality monitoring devices, PMC Series Intelligent Instruments, protection relays, transformers temperature controller device.PMC series meter includes PMC200 Power Data Measurement and Control Meter, PMC180 three-phase digital number displaying meter, PMC180N, three-phase power network meter, PMC100 single phase digital power meter, and PMC100N single phase power network meter.

Energy Consumption Statistics & Analysis

Adopt consolidated statements way, real-time display, statistical record of each line and each period electricity consumption which include date, month, year and cross-time statistical statements, describe each line each period electricity consumption drift by curve, analyses for energy consumption, it also can be saved, printed, query and import browser.

Alarm and Event Management

System alarm include: line load over capability, measured value over limited, equipment state change; Alarm condition user can be configured manually according to the actual situation; In the real-time store data library of Alarm and event message, store capability is only restricted by hardware volume; Alarm and event message sort and merge query by time, type, alarm group etc;Alarm message can use the way of Email, cell phone message, sound, or text to inform relevant personnel.

Report Management

System adopts template to build a statement, it also can customized template, system update statement data regularly via template demand.

System support statement file saved as format of rtl, xls, csv for data secondary development.

History Data Management

System store important data to history data library, it can be queried by time quantum and curve the graph.

User Management

Ensure that system security run steadily; user authority management can prevent unauthorized operation. Define different level user logic name, password and operation authority, provide credible and safe guarantee for system operation and maintain management.

Web Message System

Based on IE browser data visit function, Web display picture and data will be synchronously as serve, check real-time data view, real-time curve view, history data view, history curve view, data library view, data library time curve view and monitor pictures.

Network Interconnection

Support industry OPC interface, it can be OPC serve for other program to provide data (such as DCS system); it also can be OPC client terminal, get data from other system. System can support access from multiple of third-party equipment.
