Features
Able to use the standard ball, ring gauge, or standard block to calibrate, storage, delete or call the touch probes of multiple shapes.
Convenient construction, saving, changing of the basic coordinates system and other multiple coordinates system.
Directly measuring of the 12 kinds of basic geometric items, point, line, plane, circle, arc, ellipse, keyway, cylinder, cone, sphere, distance, angle, points cloud, ring), and automatic measuring of the elements below (When the points are collected, the software will automatically judge the element type), point, line, plane, circle, arc, cone, sphere.
When measuring the basic geometric elements, except the point measuring needs the users to appoint the compensation direction, for other elements the software will automatically detect the best compensation direction as the diameter direction of the touch probe, increase the manual measuring accuracy.
Including 14 types of construction of the measuring elements and preset elements, call, zooming, offset, combination, parallel, vertical, projection, mirror, symmetry, rotation, tangent, crossing, dividing, statistics.
Able for measure the geometric tolerance.
Including powerful basic geometric element graphic processing function, zooming, offset, window display, full screen, main graphic, top site view, left side view, etc, makes the measuring result easier to manage.
Multiple types of reports of the measuring result included, text report, graphic and text report, graphical tolerance reports, etc.
All the reports are able to output to Word Excel file, easy for users to achieve after processing.
The M3D-M software is with system compensation function, able to compensate the coordinates locating error and the vertical error, including linear compensation and section compensation.
